为探讨窒息新生儿多系统损害与血清酶活性改变的关系,对76例窒息新生儿的临床与血清酶学资料进行了回顾性分析。结果显示,血清中的门冬氨酸转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸磷酸激酶和羟丁酸脱氢酶的活性重度窒息组均显著高于轻度窒息组(均P<0.01),多系统损害组均明显高于非多系统损害组(均P<0.01)。表明窒息新生儿的这几种血清酶活性改变与患儿的窒息程度和多系统损害有关。
To investigate the relationship between multiple system damage and changes of serum enzyme activities in neonates with asphyxia, clinical and serum enzyme data of 76 neonates with asphyxia were retrospectively analyzed. The results showed that aspartate aminotransferase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatine phosphokinase and hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase activity in severe asphyxia group were significantly higher than mild asphyxia group (all P <0.01), multi-system The damage group were significantly higher than non-multi-system damage group (all P <0.01). These changes in serum enzyme activity of asphyxiated newborns are associated with the degree of asphyxia and multiple system impairment in children.
