本文介绍了用40MnB钢制造的电车、汽车半轴整体调质处理和中频表面连续加热淬火的机械性能及使用寿命。试验表明,φ50mm曲轴感应淬火和整体调质处理的疲劳极限分别为31.8kgf/mm~2和16.6kgf/mm~2,残余压应力分别为35~55kgf/mm~2和25~35kgf/mm~2。用感应加热淬火取代整体调质处理,不但可使使用寿命提高到40万公里,而且降低生产费用。文中还分析了两种热处理工艺对疲劳裂纹的影响,认为感应淬火可延缓初始疲劳裂纹的形成和发展,使疲劳寿命得以提高。
This paper presents the mechanical properties and service life of trams, steel semi-shafts, quenched and tempered by IFM, which are made of 40MnB steel. The experimental results show that the fatigue limit of φ50mm crankshaft induction quenching and the whole quenched and tempered treatment are 31.8kgf / mm ~ 2 and 16.6kgf / mm ~ 2, and the residual compressive stresses are 35 ~ 55kgf / mm ~ 2 and 25 ~ 35kgf / mm ~ 2. Induction heating quenching instead of the overall quenching and tempering, not only can increase the service life to 40 million km, and reduce production costs. The paper also analyzes the impact of two heat treatment processes on the fatigue crack. It is concluded that induction quenching can delay the formation and development of initial fatigue cracks and improve the fatigue life.
