目的:探讨环枕畸形患者在手术室时段的护理措施,总结有效的护理经验。方法:从我科收治的环枕畸形手术病人从入手术室到麻醉复苏送入下一科室之前这一时间段采取的护理措施中进行回顾性分析。结果:通过精心的手术和麻醉护理,均安全转入下一科室进一步康复治疗。结论:环枕畸形病人手术及麻醉复苏时病情变化快、因此需要手术室护士掌握较扎实的手术麻醉配合知识和灵敏的预见性,对其在手术室时段易出现的问题给予护理干预,加强术中及术后复苏的病情观察,从而提高环枕畸形手术的护理质量,进而减少病死率、致残率。
Objective: To investigate the nursing measures of patients with ring anomalies in the operating room and to sum up effective nursing experience. Methods: Retrospective analysis was performed from the nursing interventions taken by our department from the operating room to the anesthesia recovery before entering the next department. Results: Careful surgery and anesthetic care were safely transferred to the next department for further rehabilitation. CONCLUSION: The condition of patients with ring anomalies changes rapidly during operation and anesthesia resuscitation. Therefore, it is necessary for operating room nurses to master more solid operative anesthesia coordination knowledge and sensitive predictability. Nursing interventions should be given to the problems that occur in the operating room. And postoperative recovery of the disease observed, so as to improve the quality of care for ring deformity surgery, thereby reducing mortality and morbidity.
