时下,“企业家”可以说是个很时髦的桂冠,打开报纸杂志,都有“企业家”的各种动态映入眼帘。这说明人们已开始重视企业家的作用了。但如果刨根问底地问一声:什么是企业家?十有八九的回答是:厂长、经理不都是企业家吗?这话对,也不对。说对是因为厂长、经理们属于企业家范畴,但这并不能说明他们个个都已经是企业家了。因为企业家既不能遗传,也不能册封,更不是官身的演化。企业家是凭自己的本事、能力、智慧、胆识,在艰辛的创业道路上练出来的。不经过挫折,不经过失败,不经过磨砺是造就不出真正的企业家的。国有企业要搞好,就需要大批真正的企业家。
Nowadays, “entrepreneurs” can be said to be a very fashionable title. When they open up newspapers and magazines, there are various kinds of “entrepreneurs” coming into view. This shows that people have begun to pay attention to the role of entrepreneurs. But if you ask the bottom line: What is an entrepreneur? The answer is: Are the director and manager not all entrepreneurs? This is not right. That’s right because directors and managers belong to the category of entrepreneurs, but this does not mean that they are all entrepreneurs. Because entrepreneurs can neither be inherited nor sealed, nor are they the evolution of the official body. Entrepreneurs develop themselves on the difficult road of entrepreneurship with their own skills, abilities, wisdom, and courage. No frustration, no failure, no sharpening, no real entrepreneur. If state-owned enterprises want to do well, they will need a large number of real entrepreneurs.
