目的 :探索褪黑素 (MLT)对急性癫痫弓状核胶质细胞和神经毡的影响。方法 :30只SD大鼠随机分为对照组 (C)、癫痫组 (E)和治疗组 (T) ,采用光、电镜技术和体视学方法对弓状核胶质细胞和神经毡进行形态学研究。结果 :①三组间胶质细胞的面数分数和面数密度无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 )。②E组胶质细胞及突起明显肿胀神经毡内胶质细胞突起体积分数增加 (P <0 0 5 ) ,面数密度下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ,神经元胞突则无明显改变 (P >0 0 5 )。③T组胶质细胞及突起肿胀消失 ,神经毡与对照组间无明显差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :①急性癫痫大鼠弓状核胶质细胞的改变可能是一种保护性反应。②MLT对癫痫脑损伤具有保护作用
Objective: To explore the effects of melatonin (MLT) on acute epilepsy arcuate nucleus and neurofilament. Methods: Thirty SD rats were randomly divided into control group (C), epilepsy group (E) and treatment group (T). Morphology of arcuate nucleus and neuropil Study. Results: ① There was no significant change in the number of facial cells and the number density of glial cells between the three groups (P> 0.05). ② The number of glial cells increased significantly (P <0 05), the number density decreased (P 0 05) and the number of neuronal cells in E group glial cells significantly increased (P> 0 0 5). ③ T group glial cells and processes disappeared, there was no significant difference between neuropil and control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion: ① The changes of arcuate astrocytes in acute epilepsy rats may be a protective reaction. ②MLT has a protective effect on epileptic brain injury
