1故障诊断自动化之前两讲介绍了使用STEP 7的诊断方法。这种诊断方法简便易行,可以迅速地获取准确、详细的诊断信息。但是这是一种“手动”的诊断方法,需要在现场使用安装了STEP 7的计算机和与PLC通信的硬件。此外,还要求使用者熟悉STEP 7,掌握用STEP 7进行故障诊断的操作方法。
1 Two Troubleshooting Before Troubleshooting Two lessons on how to diagnose using STEP 7 are described. This diagnostic method is simple and easy to get accurate, detailed diagnostic information. However, this is a “manual” diagnostic method and requires the use of a computer with STEP 7 installed and hardware to communicate with the PLC in the field. In addition, users are also required to be familiar with STEP 7 to learn how to troubleshoot STEP 7.
