The financial budget management system is related to the survival of the enterprise and establishing and improving the budget management system is an important means to enhance the competitiveness of modern pharmaceutical enterprises. Strengthening the emphasis on the budget management system is the primary issue in the management of pharmaceutical enterprises. This article explores the problems existing in the budgeting management system of pharmaceutical enterprises in our country at this stage and puts forward specific measures for improvement so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote their sustainable development.
