目的 :探讨新型多焦点人工晶体度数的合理选择方法。方法 :选择合适的老年性白内障患者分成两组。Ⅰ组 :30眼植入AllerganArraySA 40NBTM多焦点人工晶体。Ⅱ组 :30眼植入AllerganSurgicalModel 53单焦点硬性人工晶体 ,所有病例均由同高年资眼科医师行手术准超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术。观察术后远、近视力、矫正视力、并发症及眼部症状 ,随访 3个月。结果 :两组患者之间的远视力和最佳矫正的近视力差异有显著意义 ,但Ⅰ组患者的裸眼远视力和矫正的近视力明显优于Ⅱ组 ,两组之间无并发症的差别。Ⅰ组病例仅有 1例 (3 3 % )患者术后 3d出现眩光 ,2个月后症状消失。结论 :ArraySA 40NBTM多焦点人工晶体度数选择可按正视眼的度数选择才能更好的发挥远、近视力 ,功能优于单焦点人工晶体
Objective: To explore a reasonable selection method of new multifocal intraocular lens power. Methods: Select the appropriate age-related cataract patients were divided into two groups. Group Ⅰ: 30 eyes were implanted with Allergan Array SA40NBTM multifocal intraocular lens. Group Ⅱ: 30 eyes were implanted with Allergan Surgical Model 53 single focus hard intraocular lens (IOL). All the cases were operated by the same senior ophthalmologists underwent pseudophakic cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation. Far, near vision, corrected visual acuity, complications and ocular symptoms were observed and followed up for 3 months. Results: There was significant difference between the far vision and the best corrected myopia in the two groups, but the visual acuity of the naked eye and corrected myopia in group Ⅰ were significantly better than that in group Ⅱ, and there was no difference between the two groups . Only 1 patient (33%) in group Ⅰ had glare 3 days after operation, and the symptoms disappeared after 2 months. Conclusion: The choice of ArraySA 40NBTM multifocal intraocular lens can be selected according to the degree of eyelid eye to better exert far and near visual acuity, and its function is superior to that of single focal intraocular lens
