水土保持工作是一项合理利用自然资源,不断改善生态系统和造福子孙后代的大事业,把水土保持工作搞上去,可以为国民经济长期稳定的发展打下可靠的基础。 一、解决农村燃料问题是当前搞好水土保持工作的重要条件之一。 (一)农村燃料现状及存在的问题 目前,我国农村燃料缺乏问题相当严重。 1980—1982年我们参加中国科学院南方山区综合考察队,对江西省吉泰盆地的植被进行了考察,同时也调查访问了当地燃料和薪炭林的情况。吉泰盆地地处中亚热带东部,雨量丰沛(年降雨量1350—1580毫米),
Water and soil conservation work is a major cause of rational use of natural resources, continuous improvement of ecosystems and the benefit of future generations. Soil and water conservation work can be carried out to lay a solid foundation for the long-term stable development of the national economy. First, to solve the problem of rural fuel is one of the important conditions for doing a good job of soil and water conservation. (A) the status of rural fuel and existing problems At present, China’s rural fuel shortage is quite serious. From 1980 to 1982, we participated in a comprehensive expedition to the southern mountainous area of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. We inspected the vegetation of the Jitai Basin in Jiangxi Province and also investigated and visited the local fuel and fuelwood forests. Jitai Basin is located in the eastern subtropics with abundant rainfall (annual rainfall of 1350-1580 mm)
