光面爆破是新奥法施工中保护围岩、提高围岩承载力的三大要素之一,但当软弱围岩节理裂隙发育时光面爆破难以达到规范规定的理想效果,且易引发围岩局部坍塌等安全问题。为此,依托实际工程探讨了联合采用隧道轮廓机械铣挖和核心土爆破综合掘进工法的可行性、施工工序及主要施工控制参数。该工法充分发挥了钻爆法快速和铣挖法围岩扰动小的优势,达到了软弱围岩地层隧道安全、快速施工的目的。
