随着上海农业信息化进程的加快,高职农业信息技术专业人才需求旺盛,提高人才培养质量成为办学的关键,建立相对应的人才培养质量评价体系显得尤为重要。本文阐述了构建高职农业信息技术专业人才质量评价体系的原则,讨论了构建人才培养质量评价体系的评价指标与评价理论依据,并对多元评价主体进行了说明。
With the acceleration of Shanghai’s agricultural informationization process, there is a strong demand for agricultural information technology professionals in higher vocational colleges. It is particularly important to improve the quality of qualified personnel training to establish a suitable evaluation system for qualified personnel training. This article elaborates the principle of constructing the quality evaluation system of agricultural information technology professionals in higher vocational colleges, discusses the evaluation index and evaluation theory basis of the evaluation system of talent cultivation quality, and explains the subject of multiple evaluation.
