在全国进行教育综合改革实验的100个大中型企业中,北京市有10个,即首都铜铁公司、北京有机化工厂、北京市食品公司、北京新新时装公司、北京包装装潢制品厂、北京市第六建筑工程公司,北京市塑料制品厂、北京市西郊粮库、北京铁路局和北京吉普汽车有限公司。另外还有中建一局、华北电管局、国营541厂3个中央部委在京的实验单位。北京市的10个实验单位分布在我市的工业、商业、建筑业,它们在各自的系统里有一定的代表性,它们多数为全市生产、经营、管理比较好、经济效益比较高的企业,同时也是成人教育先进单位,进行教育综合改革实验有一定的基础和条件。一年来,这10个试点单位对这项工作都很重视,建立了领导机构,组织力量开展调查研究,做了大量基础建设工作,经多次论证、修改,制定了本企业的教育综合改革实验实施方案。现将其中四个单位的教育综合改革实验实施方案节选刊出,以供参考。
Among the 100 large and medium-sized enterprises that carry out comprehensive educational reform experiments in the country, there are 10 in Beijing, namely Beijing Capital Iron and Steel Company, Beijing Organic Chemical Plant, Beijing Food Company, Beijing Xinxin Fashion Company, Beijing Packaging and Decorating Products Factory, Beijing Sixth Construction Company, Beijing Plastic Products Factory, West Suburb Grain Depot, Beijing Railway Bureau and Beijing Jeep Automobile Co., Ltd. There is also an experimental unit of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Central Committee for the Construction of a Bureau, the Bureau of North China, and the State-owned 541 Factory. The 10 experimental units in Beijing are located in the industrial, commercial and construction industries in our city. They have some representativeness in their own systems. Most of them are enterprises that produce, manage, manage well and have relatively high economic benefits in the city. At the same time, it is also an advanced unit of adult education. There are certain foundations and conditions for the experiment of comprehensive education reform. In the past year, all 10 pilot units attached great importance to this task. They established a leading agency, organized their efforts to carry out investigations and studies, did a great deal of basic construction work, and demonstrated and revised many times to formulate their own comprehensive education reform experiment implementation plan.
