国外资料报导,在无哺乳动物代谢活化系统下进行的细菌回复突变试验证明;杀螟松无致突变性。本文用Ames试验,显性致死性突变和微核试验对国产杀螟松原油(96.42%)的致突变性进行了实验研究。 1.Ames试验:实验用组氨酸缺陷型的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌株TA100、TA1535、TA1537、TA1538、TA98,用大白鼠肝脏制备S—9酶活化系统。以已知致突物亚硝基胍,2—乙酰氨基胍为阳性对照,二甲基亚砜为溶剂对照。采用纸片点试和平皿掺入法进行细菌培养观察和计数。实验结果表明;杀螟松对五种菌株均不引起大量回复突变。滴加不同浓度直至0.1毫
Foreign data reported in the absence of mammalian metabolic activation system to carry out bacterial recovery mutation test proved; fenitrothion non-mutagenic. In this paper, the Ames test, dominant lethal mutation and micronucleus test were used to study the mutagenicity of domestic fenitrothion crude oil (96.42%). 1. Ames test: Histidine-deficient Salmonella typhimurium strains TA100, TA1535, TA1537, TA1538, TA98 were used in experiments to prepare the S-9 enzyme activation system in rat liver. Known mutagenic nitrosoguanidine, 2-acetamidoguanidine as a positive control, DMSO as a solvent control. Bacterial culture was observed and counted by using paper pieces and plate incorporation method.
