硝硫氰胺(4—硝基—4′异硫氰基二苯胺,Ni thiocyami n um7505)国内由湖北省医药工业研究所首次合成。经几年来大量临床应用证明,该药治疗血吸虫病具有较好效果。但也发现硝硫氰胺可以在2—8%的病人诱发不同程度的黄疸,肝功能损害者则较黄疸更为多见。发病机制尚未完全阐明。最近,我们在四川省广汉县对1979—1980两年内服用硝硫氰胺后出现黄疸及肝功能损害的33名慢性日本血吸虫病人进行了细胞免疫试验的检查,试图对发病机制中是否存在过敏因素作一探讨,现将结果报道如下。
