一般说来,大学生的学习状况总是受到多方面因素的制约。成人大学生由于其自身的特点,制约因素就更多和更复杂一些。为了使成人教育工作者进一步了解教育对象,探讨成人大学生的学习规律,提高成人高校的教学质量,笔者在本校进行了成人大学生学习制约因素的调查、分析,并提出相应的建议予以讨论。 调查概况 (一)调查对象 为了准确反映各个不同年龄、不同年级、不同婚姻状况的成人大学生的学习制约因素,提高分析结果的可信度,笔者以入学三年,即将毕业的90级学生,入学二年的91级和入学已满一年的92级学生作为随机整群抽样调查的对象。这些学生来自全
