为了做好儿童保健工作,降低儿童死亡率,我们于1988年对养马河区养马乡1983年～1985年三年儿童死亡原因进行了回顾性调查,从中透视出许多可吸取的教训和经验,看到了儿童保健工作的发展趋势,对今后的儿童保健工作有着积极的指导作用。一、调查对象和方法调查以1983年至1985年三年年末人口数、育龄妇女数、出生数、死亡数,分性别、年龄组15周岁以下儿童数、28周以上妊娠分娩数,1983年1月～1985年12月31日之间15岁以下儿童死亡数和28周以上妊娠死胎、死产数以及死亡原因。调查组由县、区、乡专业妇幼人员11人组成,调查前对其方法、步骤、内容、标准进行了为期3天的培训,切实抓好了调查、复核、堵漏3个环节,对死亡儿童均深入家中了解、核对,以保证资料的准确性。二、概况养马河乡位于简城北面约10公里,铁路、公路串乡而过,交通十分方便。全乡有人口16627
