二羟基丙酮侧链是许多医疗用重要皮质激素类药物的特征。以往有关文献曾经报道过这些化合物的备种合成方法。目前生产路线系采用醋酸双烯醇酮,经16,17α环氧化、溴氢酸溶液开环、氢化脱溴、碘化,然后在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中与醋酸钾置换而制得侧链。这样,不仅各工序操作繁复,收率不够理想,而且还引用了多种贵重原料和试剂。
Dihydroxyacetone side chains are characteristic of many medically important corticosteroids. Previous literature has reported preparation of these compounds preparation methods. The current production line is the use of acetic acid double enol ketone by 16,17α epoxidation, hydrogenation of hydrogen bromide solution ring, hydrogenation debromination, iodination, and then in dimethylformamide solution with potassium acetate replacement and the side chain. In this way, not only complicated operation of each process, the yield is not ideal, but also cites a variety of valuable raw materials and reagents.
