酸枣仁总皂甙(ZS 100mg/kg IP)对小鼠常压缺氧和异丙肾上腺素加重的缺氧及亚硝酸钠所致的携氧障碍均能显著延长存活时间。用比浊法和放射免疫测定法研究ZS对家兔凝血酶诱导的血小板聚集和产生血栓素B_2(TXB_2)的影响。ZS(25-660mg/L)显著抑制血小板聚集和TXB_2的产生。上述结果提示:ZS对缺氧的保护作用与抗血小板聚集和减少TXB_2生成有关。
Total saponin (ZS 100 mg / kg IP) can significantly prolong the survival time of mice under hypobaric hypoxia and isoprenaline aggravating hypoxia and oxygen starvation caused by sodium nitrite. The effects of ZS on thrombin-induced platelet aggregation and thromboxane B 2 (TXB 2) production in rabbits were investigated by turbidimetry and radioimmunoassay. ZS (25-660mg / L) significantly inhibited platelet aggregation and TXB_2 production. The above results suggest that the protective effect of ZS on hypoxia is related to the anti-platelet aggregation and the reduction of TXB2 production.
