采用生物活性测定法和免疫细胞化学染色法.观察了内毒素诱导正常人单核细胞产生白细胞介素(?).白细胞介素6和肿瘤环死因子的动态过程.以及彼此之间的相互关系。结果表明,三种细胞因子的胞浆内累积和释放均有各自不同的时相变化.反映出这三种细胞因子基因活化、转录、翻译和释放过程的差异.此外.仅部分单核细胞合成这三种细胞因子.提示可能存在合成细胞因子的不同单核细胞亚群
The bioactive assay and immunocytochemical staining were used to observe the dynamic process of endotoxin-induced interleukin (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) production in normal human mononuclear cells . The results showed that the intracytoplasmic accumulation and release of the three cytokines all had different time-phase changes, which reflected the differences in the activation, transcription, translation and release of the three cytokines.In addition, only part of monocytes These three cytokines suggest that there may be different monocyte subsets that synthesize cytokines
