永清分输站是北京管道公司所辖的陕京一线、二线、三线、永唐秦管线、大港储气库、华北储气库配套管线等12条管线的交汇点,是“七进十出”的枢纽站场。全站共9名员工,1500余台设备。站内工艺系统复杂,具有分输、计量、调压、清管等功能。从2008年初以来,该站员工结合实际,念好“练、禁、规、抠、谈”五字诀,对创建“五型”班组进行了有益探索。建设“学习型”班组,抓住一个“练”字“练”就是引导员工“练脑”和“练手”相结合,教学相长
