最近,习近平在中央深入学习实践科学发展观活动领导小组第四次会议讲话中指出:开展群众满意度测评是搞好学习实践活动的一个重要环节。各地区各部门各单位要按照中央的有关要求,紧密结合各自实际,把满意度测评内容具体化,为群众提供易于理解、便于掌握的测评指标。测评结果要以适当方式向群众公布,并根据测评情况,进一步完善整改落实措施,确保学习实践活动中尚未解决的问题继续得到有效解决。不无夸张的说,最近几年来,的确是彰显我国百姓民意、百姓意见的鼎盛时期。与此同时,中央也将测评民众满意度作为贯彻科学发展观的重要举措。
