自1975年以来,将人工合成的下丘脑促黄体释放激素(LRH)及其类似物,应用于家鱼人工繁殖,取得初步效果。但它在鲮鱼催产中常表现不稳定,试用剂量也很不一致,可以从1微克到1,000微克/尾。分析其催产效果不稳定的原因可能有:(1)个体性腺发育不一,催产时性腺成熟度不相适应;(2)不同性腺发育阶段,垂体对LRH的敏感性不同,因此,对外源性激素,垂体分泌LH的反应性不同;(3)LRH催产剂量不适,过小达不到催产效果,过大反而有抑制排卵的作用;(4)鱼类机体内抗激素的产生以及和其他抗元引起的抗体交叉反应的影响等等。总的来说,亲鱼性腺发育情况是个关键。掌握亲鱼成熟度的变化规律,适时催产,减少盲目性,提高催产率,是寻求解决这一问题的途径之一。因此,了解卵母细胞发育与相应有关的生理指标变化,很有必要。关于鲮鱼生物学的研究,广西壮族自治区水产研究所曾对其食性、年龄与生长,繁殖等进行调查研究,李广有和陈奋昌1985年曾进行过鲮鱼在池养环境下的性腺周年变化的研究等。但是,关于鲮鱼性腺发育过程中的物质代谢,以及应用物质代谢的一些生理指标来推断性腺成熟度,尚未见有报导。在真骨鱼类性腺发育的过程中,随着生殖细胞的成熟,需要大量营养物质的积累,以利生殖细胞的发育及卵黄的积累。关于卵黄的形成问题,曾提出过三种可能途径,其中血液循环在物质转运中起着重要作用。随着电泳技术的发展,科学工作者开始利用血液中有关成分的变化作为生理指标,研究鱼类营养运输线,寻找建造卵黄物质的材料库。于六十年代发展起来的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶园盘电泳技术,具有快速、微量、分辨率高的优点,对进一步研究血浆蛋白成分变化与性腺发育的关系,创造了有利的技术条件。为了探讨鲮鱼人工催产效果不稳定的原因,性腺成熟度与催产效果的关系,以及性腺成熟度的客观指标,我们采用这一技术,探讨了性腺发育过程中血清蛋白变化的规律。

Polyacrylamide gel disk electrophoresis developed in the 1960s has the advantages of rapid, trace and high resolution, and has created favorable technological conditions for further research on the relationship between plasma protein components and gonadal development.
