12月7日,浙江省住房和城乡建设厅召开新闻发布会,对《关于加快推进住宅全装修工作的指导意见》进行了解读,其中明确了全装修住宅要进行两次验收,并提出了“菜单式装修”的要求。《指导意见》明确住宅全装修实施范围为各市、县(市、区)中心城区范围内,出让或划拨国有土地上的新建住宅推行全装修,实现成品交房。
On December 7, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held a news conference to interpret the Guiding Opinions on Speeding up the Full Decoration of Residential Buildings, in which it was clarified that the fully-renovated residential buildings should be inspected and accepted twice and put forward “Menu decoration” requirements. The Guiding Opinions clarifies that the scope of implementation of full-scale residential decoration shall be the transfer of all new residential buildings on the state-owned land within the cities and counties (cities and districts) within the central urban area, and the full renovation shall be carried out so as to achieve the delivery of finished products.
