Overview Baiyangdian is one of the few remaining lakes in the North China Plain. It is located in the central part of Hebei Province, 45km east of Baoding City and near Anxin County. It lies between 115 ° 38 ’~ 116 ° 07’ east longitude and 38 ° 43 ’~ 39 ° 02’ north latitude. Around the main embankment for the sector, south to the Tsai embankment, north Xin’an North embankment, east Qinghekou, west to the four embankment.
