当今的中国高职教育,校企合作理念深入人心,校企共同体的建设能够为高职学生搭建良好的培训平台,对学生了解企业文化,适应企业实践有着重要的意义,高职工作室制教学模式是校企共同体的重要体现,本文简要分析了高职采用工作室教学模式的优势,探究了校企共同体背景下高职工作室教学模式,探索了工作室的管理制度,旨在为促进高职工作室制教学模式的发展,提升高职学生职场适应能力做出贡献。
Today’s Chinese higher vocational education, the concept of school-enterprise cooperation enjoys popular support. The construction of school-enterprise community can build a good training platform for vocational students, which is of great significance for students to understand the corporate culture and adapt to the practice of the enterprise.
