有丝分裂是细胞作为生物体最基本的生命系统繁衍、发展的主要方式,研究和展示有丝分裂过程能使人类更好地理解遗传变异、生殖发育的本质。随着科学技术的发展,研究有丝分裂的技术手段也突破了常规的显微观察,有了创新和发展。中学阶段,不同生物技术在有丝分裂相关实验分析中也多次出现,为思考分析有丝分裂核心概念提供了新的视角,有利于提高学生思维的连贯性、灵活性、深刻性,有利于学生生物学研究方法和思想的形成。
