近年来,采用表面活性剂以提高钪显色反应灵敏度的报道不少。文献研究的多元络台物灵敏度比其二元络合物都有提高,达到ε1.45×10~5~1.8×10~5。本文比文献的灵敏度提高了46~17%。实验部分一主要试剂及仪器钪标准溶液:含Sc_2O_3100μgml~(-1)和5μg ml~(-1)的5%HCl溶液。缓冲液:称取六次甲基四胺500g用水溶解后,加HCl 2N 100ml,用水稀释至5000ml,摇匀。此溶液pH=6.2,并在酸度计上用HCl(1+1)和氨水校正之。 0.01M PMBP-乙酸丁酯溶液:称取2.78g 1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯酰基吡唑酮-5溶解于1000 ml乙酸丁
