随着电力体制改革的深化,厂网分开,各火电、输变电建设施工单位已彻底走向市场化。在这个新的形势下,他们将如何在市场竞争中求得生存和发展是各级政府部门、领导和电力工作者应当关心的问题。为此,我刊在本期特开辟专栏,让全国各省不同的火电建设公司、送变电工程公司介绍他们的历史、经验、对电力工业所做的贡献和当前面临的困难,以期引起有关政府部门、上级领导和政策决策人的重视,给予相应的扶持,使我国的电力建设更上一层楼。
With the deepening of the power system reform, plant and network separation, the thermal power, transmission and transformation construction unit has been completely marketized. Under this new situation, how they will survive and develop in market competition is a matter that should be concerned by government departments, leaders and power workers at all levels.
