目的:评价蛇床子总香豆素(TCCM)对糖皮质激素(GC)致大鼠骨质疏松的骨密度(BD)和生物力学性能的影响.方法:24只3月龄♂SD大鼠,体重340±5g,随机分为对照(A)组、GC(B)组和预防(C)组,B和C组均喂醋酸泼尼松45mg·kg-1,每周2次;C组还喂TCCM20mg·kg-1ig,每周6次.持续90d.结果:B组(与A组比较)大鼠股骨近、中和远段BD分别减少了12%、14%和12%;C组(与B组比较)BD则分别增加了26%、34%和31%.C组(与B组比较)股骨的扭转强度和能量分别增加了15%和32%.结论:TCCM除能防止GC所致骨量丢失外,还能增加其抗扭转强度.
Objective: To evaluate the effect of total coumarin (TCCM) from Cnidium monnieri on bone mineral density (BD) and biomechanical properties of rat osteoporosis induced by glucocorticoid (GC). METHODS: Twenty-four Sprague-Dawley rats aged 3 months and a body weight of 340±5 g were randomly divided into control group (A), GC (B) group and prevention (C) group. Both groups B and C were treated with prednisone acetate. 5mg · kg-1, 2 times a week; C group also fed TCCM 20mg · kg-1ig, 6 times per week. Last 90d. RESULTS: B group (compared with group A) had a 12%, 14%, and 12% decrease in BD in the proximal, middle and distal femurs, respectively; in group C (compared with group B), BD increased by 26% and 34%, respectively. And 31%. The torsional strength and energy of the femur in group C (compared with group B) increased by 15% and 32%, respectively. Conclusion: TCCM can increase its torsional strength in addition to preventing GC-induced bone loss.
