试验研究了叶片成熟度与苹果试管苗叶片再生植株的关系。结果表明，同一新梢不同部位叶片再生能力存在差异，以新梢顶端将展开幼叶的植株再生能力最强；继代培养２１ｄ的新梢叶片再生植株效果最好；同一叶片，中部比顶部或基部的叶段更易于再生植株
The relationship between the leaf maturity and the regenerated plants of apple plantlet seedlings was studied. The results showed that there were differences in leaf regenerative ability in different parts of the same shoot. The shoot regeneration ability was the strongest in the young shoots with the tip of shoots regenerated. The regenerated shoots of the shoots regenerated the best in 21 days after subculture; the same leaves, Leaf segments at base are more likely to regenerate plants
