目的对某啤酒厂建设项目职业病危害防护设施的效果进行评价。方法采用现场调查法、检查表法、检测检验法和职业健康检查相结合的方法。结果该项目的总平面布置、生产工艺和设备布局、建筑卫生学、辅助用室、个人防护用品、职业卫生管理和应急救援等符合国家法律法规的要求,该项目在生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、高温、谷物粉尘、硅藻土粉尘、氨、二氧化碳、硫化氢、氢氧化钠、过氧化氢、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、次氯酸钠(氯气)、盐酸等,其中淀粉投料操作位粉尘的CSTEL为24.5 mg/m3,超过超限倍数规定,包装车间的洗瓶、灌装、装酒压盖、贴标、装箱和满箱检测等岗位的LEX,8 h超过国家职业接触限值。结论该项目职业病危害防护措施基本有效,建设单位应对淀粉投料岗位和包装车间的防护设施进行改造,同时加强个人防护和职业病危害作业人员的健康监护,如按该评价的建议进行改进,该项目可通过竣工验收。
Objective To evaluate the effect of protective equipment for occupational hazards in a brewery construction project. Results The overall layout of the project, production technology and equipment layout, building hygiene, auxiliary rooms, personal protective equipment, occupational health management and emergency rescue and other requirements in line with national laws and regulations, the occupational hazards The main factors are noise, high temperature, grain dust, diatomaceous earth dust, ammonia, carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, sodium hydroxide, hydrogen peroxide, nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, sodium hypochlorite (chlorine), hydrochloric acid, The CSTEL of 24.5 mg / m3 exceeded the limit of multiples, and the LEX of post-bottle washing, filling, capping, labeling, packing and full box testing in the packing workshop exceeded the national occupational exposure limits . Conclusion The protective measures against occupational hazards in this project are basically effective. The construction unit should rebuild the protective facilities for starch feeding posts and packaging workshops and strengthen the health guardianship of personal protection and occupational hazards workers. According to the suggestions of the evaluation, the project may be improved Through the completion of acceptance.
