新时期医院文化建设对于提高医护员工整体素质,展示医院美好形象,推动医院建设全面发展具有极其重要的作用。特别是近年来,随着病人的法律意识不断增强,医患纠纷呈明显增长趋势。从客观上讲,医患纠纷给病人和家属带来了不同程度的心理、生理上的伤害,但是,另一方面也给医疗部门带来了很大程度的干扰,使医疗工作秩序受到影响,医务人员从事医疗行为忧心忡忡。各级医院都十分重视医患纠纷的防范与处罚和对策,并坚决执行卫生部发布的《医务人员医德规范及实施办法》提出“以德治院,以人为本”促进医院发展的方针。以德治院,是医院生存发展的主题,医务工作者用良好的政治道德、精神道德、职业道德来武装自己的头脑,全心全意为人民服务地工作。医院文化说到底就是为病人服务的文化。
