我院自1975年10月至1976年12月应用刺激法修复穿孔鼓膜,据有完整记录可统计者共133例,计136耳,取得了较为满意的效果。本法是在烧灼贴片法的基础上,加上刺、挑、刮的处理,促使穿孔鼓膜加速愈合,缩短了疗程,提高了治愈率,扩大了适应范围。一般资料本组病例的年龄最小12岁,最大68岁,以20～30岁者居多。鼓膜穿孔大小最小3毫米,最大仅有纤维鼓环,以大穿孔者为多。疗程最短一周,最长12周,平均5周。疗效:132耳穿孔愈合,4耳失败。
