目的探讨糖尿病足患者的综合治疗措施。方法对我院2007/01-2010/05间45例糖尿病足患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。结果本组45例均符合2型糖尿病及糖尿病足的诊断标准,按经典的Wagner分级法,治愈率64.54%,好转率22.22%,截肢率4.54%,失访率8.70%。结论糖尿病足的治疗强调全身应用胰岛素、抗生素控制血糖及感染,联合多种综合治疗措施,同时进行足部的综合处理。
Objective To investigate the comprehensive treatment of diabetic foot patients. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment of 45 patients with diabetic foot between 2007 / 01-2010 / 05. Results All the 45 cases met the diagnostic criteria of type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot. According to the classic Wagner classification, the cure rate was 64.54%, the improvement rate was 22.22%, the amputation rate was 4.54% and the rate of missed follow-up was 8.70%. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot emphasizes the systemic application of insulin, antibiotics to control blood sugar and infection, combined with a variety of comprehensive treatment measures, while foot comprehensive treatment.
