目的:观察不同的外用药组合针对性治疗患儿不同口疮的疗效。方法:用2%利多卡因5mml,鱼肝油滴剂2mml,维生素B2片50mmg,阿昔洛韦片0.5g,治疗疱疹性口腔炎。2%利多卡因5mml,鱼肝油滴剂2mml,维生素B2片50mmg,维生素C片0.5g,抗菌优1.0g,治疗急性球菌性口腔炎。制霉菌素50万u,鱼肝油滴剂2mml,灭菌注射用水2mml,治疗鹅口疮。以上不同的药物组合,分别研沫伴和为混悬液,涂于患处,每日3-4次。结果:不同外用药组合针对性治疗患儿不同口疮疗效确切,无任何不良反应,临床值得推广。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of different external drug combination on different oral sores in children. Methods: 2% lidocaine 5mml, cod liver oil drops 2mml, vitamin B2 tablets 50mmg, acyclovir 0.5g, the treatment of herpes stomatitis. 2% lidocaine 5mml, cod liver oil drops 2mml, vitamin B2 tablets 50mmg, vitamin C tablets 0.5g, antibacterial excellent 1.0g, the treatment of acute bacterial stomatitis. Nystatin 500000 u, cod liver oil drops 2mml, sterile injection water 2mml, the treatment of thrush. The above different combinations of drugs, respectively, with foam and foam, applied to the affected area, 3-4 times daily. Results: Different external drug combination targeted treatment of children with different aphtha efficacy, without any adverse reactions, clinical worth promoting.
