党的十六大报告指出:“高度重视社区党的建设,以服务群众为重点,构建城市社区党建工作新格局”。随着城市基层党建工作的不断深化,园区党建作为社区党建工作的延伸,园区党建与社区党建形成联动逐渐成为基层党建工作的重要组成部分。积极探索园区党建与社区党建互动、互联的新机制,对构建城市社区党建工作的新格局有其十分重要的现实意义。
The report of the 16th CPC National Congress pointed out: “We attach great importance to the building of a communist party in order to serve the masses and establish a new pattern of party building in urban communities.” With the continuous deepening of party building at the grassroots level in urban areas, party building in the park serves as an extension of the party building in the community. The linkage between the party building in the park and the party building in the community has gradually become an important part of the party building at the grassroots level. Active exploration of the new mechanism of interaction and interconnection between the party building in the park and the party building in the community has its very important practical significance for building a new pattern of party building in urban communities.
