党政关系问题,是中国政治体制的核心问题,也是中国政治发展的热点和难点问题。我们通过考察新中国建立初期党政关系形成的历史轨迹以及周恩来筹建和完善政府机构建设的实践,可深入研究周恩来对我国党政关系是如何思考和探索的。这一研究对今日的政治体制改革有重要的借鉴意义。
The issue of the relationship between the party and the government is a core issue of China’s political system and also a hot and difficult issue in the political development of China. By examining the historical trajectory of the formation of party-government relations in the early days of the founding of New China and how Zhou En-lai planned to construct and perfect the government institutions, we could thoroughly study how Zhou Enlai thought and explored the relationship between the party and the government in our country. This research is of great reference to the reform of the political system of today.
