随着信息技术的不断发展,现代档案逐步向电子档案转换,在新的技术背景下,开展档案管理工作的基本需求也在不断变化。本文主要探讨了新时期档案管理的各项基本需求。
With the continuous development of information technology, the modern archives have been gradually transformed into electronic archives. Under the new technological background, the basic requirements for archival archives management are also constantly changing. This paper mainly discusses the basic requirements of the file management in the new era.
