研究了紫肉甘薯新品种“渝紫薯7号”的产量与食用品质2010-2013年在北方薯区、重庆薯区、长江薯区3个区域试验中的表现,并采用AMMI分析其稳定性.结果表明:“渝紫薯7号”在3组区试中,鲜薯产量平均28.672t/hm2,比对照品种“宁紫薯1号”增产23.57%,稳定性好,并优于对照“宁紫薯1号”;薯干产量平均8.483t/hm2,比对照增产42.19%,稳定性与对照“宁紫薯1号”相当;食用品质总体优于对照,稳定性好.因此,“渝紫薯7号”是一个高产、优质、稳定性好、适应性广的食用型紫肉甘薯新品种,适宜北方、重庆和长江流域薯区种植和开发利用.
