Stirling循环制冷机具有制冷量大、制冷温度低、制冷量变化范围大、制冷温度宽广、结构紧凑、冷却速度快、热力学效率高等优点。但Stirling制冷机用于气体液化时——这是Stirling机在安验室最主要的应用——整机热力学效率却下降很多。为了改进性能系数,本文介绍了一种新的抽气Stirling制冷机。为了计算抽气循环和决定P.V.T.G的参数,建议采用新的计算方法。此种计算方法命名为“当量容积计算法”。
Stirling cycle refrigerator has the advantages of large cooling capacity, low refrigeration temperature, wide range of refrigeration capacity, wide refrigeration temperature, compact structure, fast cooling and high thermodynamic efficiency. However, Stirling chillers are used for gas liquefaction - the most important application of Stirling machines in the laboratory - and the thermodynamic efficiency of the whole machine has dropped a lot. In order to improve the coefficient of performance, this paper introduces a new pumping Stirling refrigerator. In order to calculate the suction cycle and determine the parameters of P.V.T.G, a new calculation method is recommended. This calculation method is named “equivalent volume calculation method.”
