前言工业汽轮机的制造,在我国还是一项较年轻的工业。随着对能量有效利用率的提高,做到分级、合理利用热能,配制背压汽轮机直接驱动机泵,以热代电,将是一件行将推广的、切实可行的节能措施。为配合小化肥厂、小化工厂的节能改造,我们对国内外的工业汽轮机进行了初步的分析比较,选择了三种规格的日本工业透平,进行了翻版设计与试制,并在新沂化肥厂作了四、五个月的运行考核,现将三种型号的小型背压工业透平及其试运转情况,作一简要的介绍。
Preface The manufacture of industrial steam turbines is still a relatively young industry in our country. With the improvement of effective utilization of energy, classification and rational utilization of heat energy, it is a practical and feasible energy-saving measure to directly prepare the pump by back-pressure steam turbines to generate electricity by heat. In line with the energy-saving renovation of small chemical plants and small chemical plants, we conducted a preliminary analysis and comparison of industrial steam turbines both at home and abroad. We selected three types of Japanese industrial turbines, carried out the replica design and trial production, Factory made four or five months of operational assessment, now three types of small back pressure industrial turbine and its commissioning situation for a brief introduction.
