目的:调查浙江省温州市瓯海区梧田街道社区卫生服务标准化基线情况和社区卫生诊断情况。方法:选择浙江省温州市瓯海区梧田街道居住半年以上的常住人口,所有入选者均询问基本信息和进行相关检查。结果:调查人群中不同性别高血压患病情况有统计学差异,不同年龄段患病率也有所差异;919例调查对象现场验证高血压与口述高血压存在显著性差异。结论:基线调查和社区卫生诊断是社区卫生服务工作最基本又十分重要的工作。
Objective: To investigate the baseline of community health service standardization and community health diagnosis in Wutian Street, Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province. Methods: The resident population who lived in Wutian Street, Ouhai District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province for more than six months was selected. All the participants were asked about the basic information and the relevant examination. Results: There were significant differences in the prevalence of hypertension among different sexes in the survey population, and the prevalence rates among different age groups were also different. There were significant differences in the 919 subjects’ field tests between hypertension and oral hypertension. Conclusion: The baseline survey and community health diagnosis are the most basic and important tasks in community health service.
