“薪酬管理”作为高等院校人力资源管理专业的核心必修课,对于学生的理论体系构建、专业素质积累、操作能力培养及未来实际工作的开展,具有举足轻重的作用。为了有效破解手段单一、效果不佳、知识与能力脱节等当前课程教学中面临的主要问题,在“薪酬管理”课程教学中引入行动学习方法,从场域安排与团队组建、规则确立、任务设计、技术引导、知识收敛与效果评估等方面进行教学改革,实践表明效果较为显著,具有推广价值。
As the core compulsory course of human resource management in colleges and universities, salary management plays an important role in the construction of theoretical system, accumulation of professional quality, cultivation of operational ability and practical work in the future.
