作风建设工作是职业院校内的核心工作之一,在职业院校管理层面上占有绝对的地位。作者在对职业院校作风建设工作探究和分析的过程中发现,职业院校的作风建设工作不应该只是遵守传统的建设方式,更应该结合新的党建理念和途径。“三严三实”理念是习近平总书记管理哲学的精华,是职业院校党建创新的指南针。主要从“三严三实”理论的含义出发,分析了职业院校作风建设工作的现状,并提出了职业院校作风建设创新的途径。
Work style building is one of the core tasks in vocational colleges and occupies an absolute position in the management of vocational colleges. In the course of exploring and analyzing the work style building in vocational schools, the author finds that the work style building in vocational colleges should not just follow the traditional methods of construction, but should also combine the new ideas and approaches of party building. The concept of “Three Strictness and Truthfulness” is the essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s management philosophy, and a compass for party building in vocational colleges. Mainly from the meaning of “Three Strictness and Truthfulness” theory, this paper analyzes the status quo of the work style construction in vocational colleges and puts forward the ways of innovation in the style construction of vocational colleges.
