课外活动是培养全面发展人才不可缺少的途径,是课堂教学的必要补充。《学记》中曾记载:“大学之教也,时教必有正业,退息必有居学。”所谓“正业”是指课堂教学,“居学”就是指课外活动。班级授课制的教学模式在大规模培养人才中成效显著,但它又具有一定局限性。因此,作为课堂教学的必要补充,课外活动显得举足轻重。
Extracurricular activities are indispensable ways to cultivate all-round development of talents and are necessary complement to classroom teaching. “Xue Ji” has recorded: “University of teaching also, when teaching must have industry, retreat must have a home. ” The so-called “is industry ” refers to classroom teaching, “study” refers to extra-curricular activity. The teaching mode of class teaching system has achieved remarkable results in cultivating talents on a large scale, but it also has some limitations. Therefore, as a necessary complement to classroom teaching, extracurricular activities seem to play a decisive role.
