地方志资料年报工作是一项创新的工作,全国地方志界最早建立地方志资料年报制度的省、市,已开展资料征集工作数年,对已征集到的资料进行评估,认真总结经验并上升为理论指导,使年报资料更好地承担起为今后修志储备资料的任务,是当前面临的重要课题。广州市在全国率先开展地方志资料年报工作,以广州市已征集到的资料为对象,分析研究资料的状况,从年报资料的广度、深度以及年报主体资料的篇幅的情况来看,有几点启示:一是明确主力,体制内的部门和单位是年报资料的主要来源;二是广开门路,征集年报资料需建立多元机制;三是定向指导,加强专题资料和附录资料的收集;四是选准资料,控制主体资料篇幅。

From the perspectives of the breadth and depth of the annual report materials and the length of the main body of the annual report, : First, clear the main force, the department and unit within the system is the main source of annual report information; second is to open the door to collect the annual report information need to establish a variety of mechanisms; Third, directional guidance to strengthen the thematic data and appendix data collection; Quasi data, control the length of the main body of information.
