结合国内外机构知识库的发展现状,分析我国高校图书馆机构知识库具有使用者和宣传者广泛、资源丰富以及管理的优势规范,同时指出高校在机构知识库的构建和使用中存在的问题。并针对这些问题提出高校发展机构知识库加强宣传、争取政策支持、拓展信息收集渠道和注重人才培养等建议。
Based on the current situation of institutional repository in China and abroad, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the institutional repository in Chinese universities and colleges with wide range of users and advertisers, abundant resources and management, and points out the problems existing in the construction and use of institutional repository in universities. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening knowledge base of institutions of higher learning and developing institutions, striving for policy support, expanding information collection channels and focusing on personnel training.
