海外中国文化中心是我国对外文化交流的窗口。设立文化中心是双边关系进一步深化的重要标志,旨在加强两国文化交流与合作,增进两国人民之间的相互了解和友谊。中国自20世纪80年代开始在海外设立文化中心,近10年来发展较快,迄今为止,已在非洲、欧洲、亚洲和美洲建成包括毛里求斯、贝宁、坦桑尼亚、开罗、巴黎、马耳他、首尔、柏林、东京、乌兰巴托、曼谷、莫斯科、马德里、墨西哥、尼日利亚、哥本哈根、斯里兰卡、老挝、悉尼、新加坡、巴基斯坦、尼泊尔、布鲁塞尔、新西兰、斐济等25个中国文化中心,预计到2020年将建成50个中国文化中心。中国文化中心以优质、普及、友好、合作为宗旨,具有文化活动、教学培训、思想交流和信息服务四大主要职能。毛里求斯中国文化中心和贝宁中国文化中心是在海外建立的最早的两个中国文化中心,都坐落在非洲。本文简要介绍了作者多年来在这两个中国文化中心工作的难忘经历,以及所获得的体会与感悟。
Overseas Chinese Cultural Center is the window of our country’s foreign cultural exchanges. The establishment of a cultural center is an important symbol of the further deepening of bilateral relations with the aim of strengthening cultural exchange and cooperation between the two countries and enhancing mutual understanding and friendship between the two peoples. China has set up a cultural center overseas since the 1980s and has enjoyed rapid development in the past 10 years. To date, China has completed a number of cultural centers in Mauritius, Benin, Benin, Tanzania, Cairo, Paris, Malta, Malta, Paris, Malta, Seoul, and Berlin 25 Chinese Cultural Centers in Tokyo, Ulan Bator, Bangkok, Moscow, Madrid, Mexico, Nigeria, Copenhagen, Sri Lanka, Laos, Sydney, Singapore, Pakistan, Nepal, Brussels, New Zealand and Fiji are expected to be completed by 2020 50 Chinese Cultural Center. With the aim of high quality, popularity, friendship and cooperation, China Cultural Center possesses four major functions of cultural activities, teaching and training, exchange of ideas and information services. The Mauritius Chinese Culture Center and the Benin Chinese Culture Center are two of the earliest Chinese cultural centers established overseas, both located in Africa. This article gives a brief introduction of the author’s unforgettable experience of working in these two Chinese cultural centers over the years, as well as his experience and insights gained.
