用来自白三叶未成熟胚诱导的愈伤组织建立了细胞悬浮培养系。以农杆菌为载体，白三叶细胞为受体通过共培养法进行了外源基因转导及植株再生的研究。结果表明，不同的农杆菌载体具有不同的转导能力，其转导率在５％－２０％之间。初步完成了白三叶转基因植株的再生。
Cell suspension cultures were established using callus induced from white clover immature embryos. Using Agrobacterium tumefaciens as carrier, white cloverleaf cells as recipients were used to conduct exogenous gene transduction and plant regeneration by co-culture method. The results showed that different Agrobacterium vectors have different transduction ability, and the transduction rate is between 5% and 20%. Preliminary completion of the white clover transgenic plant regeneration.
