25只大鼠用脑垂体后叶素复制急性心肌缺血模型,用心电图评价复方党参和黄芪茯苓Ⅱ号对心肌的抗缺氧作用。结果未发现复方党参组(n=7)T波倒置,ST段下移;复方黄芪茯苓Ⅱ号组(n=8),有13%T波倒置,13%ST段下移;而对照组(n=10)有70%T波倒置,60%ST段下移。两药物组动物的心率减慢程度和R波的升高程度也低于对照组。因此,复方党参和黄芪茯苓Ⅱ号对脑垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血有较明显的保护作用。
25 rats with pituitrin replication model of acute myocardial ischemia, ECG evaluation of Codonopsis and Astragalus Poria Ⅱ myocardial anti-anoxia. The results showed that the T wave of Compound Codonopsis (n = 7) group was inverted and the ST segment was decreased. The compound Astragalus Poria Ⅱ group (n = 8) had 13% T wave inversion and 13% n = 10) 70% T wave inversion, 60% ST segment down. The rate of heart rate slowdown and R wave rise in the two drug groups were also lower than those in the control group. Therefore, the compound Codonopsis and Astragalus Poria Ⅱ on pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemia have a more significant protective effect.
